OUTGOING TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FROM GCSC:
To request that we send your OFFICIAL transcript to another institution, etc., complete and mail or fax an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM-OUTGOING to:

	*Please include a copy of a Photo ID with your form.
	**There is no fee for transcripts

INCOMING TRANSCRIPT REQUEST TO GCSC:
To request that another institution send your OFFICIAL transcript to GCSC from another institution, complete and mail or fax an OFFICIAL TRANSCIPT REQUEST FORM-INCOMING to each school you have attended. HAND CARRIED TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
